How do you price projects?
Every project is scoped and quoted based on your specific goals, timeline, and complexity. We work fixed-price — so you know your total cost upfront, not at the end of a billing cycle.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Projects are structured with milestone-based payments — typically 30% to start, with the remainder split across agreed milestones. This keeps both sides accountable and work moving.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes happen. Any work outside the agreed spec is discussed and quoted before we proceed — never added silently to an invoice. We'd rather have an honest conversation early.
Can I start with just a discovery sprint?
Absolutely. Discovery is available as a standalone engagement. It's the best way to start if you're not ready to commit to a full build — and it gives you a complete product brief you could take to any developer.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — most clients are outside our home time zone. Everything is built for async-first collaboration: shared project boards, written updates, and clear documentation that keeps you aligned without needing to schedule a call.
Who owns the IP and source code?
You do. Full intellectual property and source code ownership transfers to you upon final payment. We retain no rights to your product.
Is design included?
Yes. UI/UX design is included in all project engagements. Design and engineering handled under one roof — not handed off between separate vendors.
